Thank you for shopping at Mommy Tumbler! We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mommy Tumbler is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an international order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, etc.). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Mommy Tumbler is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing for international orders. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mommytumbler.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If you place an order to a restricted country, it will be canceled and refunded.
